INITIAL VISIT
A link will be sent to your email where you can create a secure patient account through the patient portal. After your account is created, you can fill out your "New Patient Registration" packet, view pertinent documents, request appointments, view lab results, and send a message to your provider. If you prefer to bypass this method, you may request all documents to be sent to your email to complete and fax or email them back to us before your appointment time.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment if meeting in person. If you have a telemedicine appointment, please log in at your scheduled time. Your provider will be waiting for you.

At MMG, we try to make it as easy as possible to set up an appointment in the shortest time possible. We do ask that you take your appointment time seriously.
NO SHOW POLICY

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for in-person appointments or log in at your specified time for telemedicine appointments to ensure adequate and quality time is spent with your provider. This also ensures that each appointment is on time for every patient before and after you.
If, for any reason, you cannot keep your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
