Dr. Lisa Marshall, DMSc, PA-C
Physician Associate-Certified
Lisa Marshall is a Board Certified Physician Associate with nearly 15 years of experience in the medical field. Her experience includes chronic pain management, drug & alcohol rehabilitation, psychiatric and behavior disorders, pediatrics, and internal medicine. Beyond her scope of practice, Dr. Marshall is also a preceptor for medical students, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners and is an educator with experience in mental health education and counseling. She is a public speaker and holds various health issue school forums for kindergarten to high school students. She led a worldwide campaign "You Don't Need Drugs To Party" sponsored by Channel 4 WFOR and engages in public and private consultations on public health policies. She is a compassionate advocate for those who are disadvantaged and who often receive improper or absent mental health care. She is committed to helping provide the best care to our patients.
Dr. Marshall attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she received her Bachelor's in Science. She received an Associate's in Physician Assistant Studies from Miami-Dade Medical, a Master's in Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Doctor of Medical Science degree from A.T. Still University.

Dr. Ebony R. Davis, MD
Collaborative Psychiatrist
Dr. Ebony Davis completed her adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital and her child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital, the teaching hospitals of Columbia and Cornell University. Dr. Davis specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders and ADHD. Dr. Davis cares for patients located in practices in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, New York and Wyoming.

Ali Guardacasa
Front Desk Coordinator
Ali Guardacasa is the Front Desk Coordinator for Memorial Medical Group of South Florida, LLC. She is a registered nurse and a certified healthcare assistant who also holds certification in health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPPA). She has worked in both geriatrics and neuropsychiatry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
